In an effort to help you know what to expect from each festival event and to decide which events you’ll most enjoy, we’ve created a Level Ground tagging system.
Level Ground believes that safe space is integral for transforming how we see each other in order to create a world of peace and civility. Creating these safe spaces for dialogue must begin by first becoming safe people. This workshop will help increase your own capacity to listen and speak in ways that foster authentic and respectful communication. Self-awareness and mindfulness skills along with an overview of the complexity of sexual identity development will support you in becoming a safer person who creates safe space for others.
