This workshop will explore the role of poetry in fostering relationships and allowing us to enter stories and spaces of those who are different from us. We’ll read a few poems and learn how this art form captures the experiences of compassion and empathy. Finally, we'll reflect on practical ways to use poetry to create level ground in our own lives.
